Roy Arora

Coombe Vale ward

Roy Arora is a councillor in Coombe Vale ward where he lives. He is a former Kingston Mayor, when he used the opportunity to help raise awareness and over £70,000 for the Dementia Appeal. Cllr Arora was subsequently recognised by Kingston University with an honorary degree.

Rowena Bass

Coombe Hill ward

Rowena Bass has lived in Dickerage Road for over twenty years with her husband and three daughters. Rowena is a Chartered Accountant and is the Conservative Opposition Spokesperson for Finance and Commissioning.

David Cunningham

Tudor ward

David Cunningham is a long-term councillor in Tudor ward. He has a great experience in many areas of the council, but particularly on Planning issues. He is currently the Opposition Spokesperson for Environment & Sustainable Transport.

Kevin Davis

Old Malden ward

Kevin Davis is the Leader of the Conservative Group and is an Old Malden ward councillor. Kevin is an experienced councillor and has previously been Leader of Kingston Council. He is currently the Chair of the Scrutiny Panel and sits on the Corporate Resources Committee.

Ed Fram

Coombe Hill ward

Ed Fram has lived in Coombe Hill for over 20 years and attended primary school in the area. He understands and cares passionately about local people and local issues, and has a particular interest in improving health provision.

Ian George

Coombe Hill ward

Working with local residents, Ian makes sure the council deals with important ‘everyday’ issues, such as badly maintained pavements, potholes, rubbish on the streets and ensuring there are plenty of trees and quality green areas.  Ian is the Conservative spokesman for Resident Engagement.

Jason Hughes

Old Malden ward

Jason Hughes has represented Old Malden Ward since 2018. He is committed to the efficient delivery of council-run services for residents, working closely with them to ensure local people get value for money. Jason has a wide range of experience in the public, private and charitable sectors.

Maria Netley

Tudor ward

Maria Netley has been one of the Conservative councillors in Tudor ward since 2014. She specialises in Schools and is the Opposition Spokesperson for Childrens Services including Education. She serves as a member of the Schools Forum.

Nicola Sheppard

Old Malden ward

Nicola Sheppard has lived in Old Malden for 25 years with her 3 sons who all attended schools in the Borough. Keen to preserve and improve the local area, Nicola enjoys working with residents to enhance the borough and ensure that services serve residents well.
