Coombe Hill Ward Councillor
Rowena moved to Kingston over 30 years ago, making a home with her husband and three daughters, who attended Coombe Hill Infant and Junior Schools and Coombe Girls. Rowena is a Trustee of Coombe Multi Academy Trust.
