• Last Friday of the month, 5-6.30pm at 90 York Road (corner with Elm Tree Road), Teddington, TW11 8SN, accompanied by a Richmond Borough Councillor.
  
  
• First Saturday of the month, 3-4 pm at Feltham Library, High Street, Feltham and 4.30-5.30pm at Heston Community Sports Hall, Heston Road. Borough Councillor Mark Bowen is also available to assist residents.
