Close liaison with three Residents' Associations in my ward and assiduous attention to matters raised with me by constituents whether personal or to do with public policy of the Council and whether freat or small. I specialise in Housing, health, benefits, taxation, planning, anti-social behaviour and domestic violence issues.
I have been particularly active on phone masts (prevention of over-proliferation) and preservation of the local environment from over-development. Currently dealing with ASB issues in private-leased properties in Bond Road and Ellerton Road - set up with Nick Kilby a liaison group of local residents, Housing officers and police to address the problem. Was first elected person involved in campaign to sane Surbiton Hospital in Sept. 2005.

To carry on work above and to secure for my own ward and the Borough generally an administration of the Council more responsive to their concerns than the Lib Dem alternative and guided by common sense rather than ideology.
