South of the Borough is one of four neighbourhoods set up by the Council to make decisions on issues affecting this area. It consists of three wards, from which the 9 Councillors form the Neighbourhood Committee. All 9 of these are currently Liberal Democrats, so there is no opposing voice for any of the decisions they make.
