Kingston Town is one of four neighbourhoods set up by the Council to make decisions on issues affecting this area.
It consists of four wards, from which the 12 Councillors form the Neighbourhood Committee.

Maldens & Coombe is one of four neighbourhoods set up by the Council to make decisions on issues affecting this area. It consists of five wards, from which the 15 Councillors form the Neighbourhood Committee. There are currently 6 Conservative and 9 Liberal Democrat members on the Committee.
Two of the Conservative held Wards in Maldens & Coombe (Coombe Hill & Coombe Vale Wards) falls within the boundaries of Richmond Park Conservative Association.

South of the Borough is one of four neighbourhoods set up by the Council to make decisions on issues affecting this area.
It consists of three wards, from which the 9 Councillors form the Neighbourhood Committee.
All 9 of these are currently Liberal Democrats, so there is no opposing voice for any of the decisions they make.

Surbiton is one of four neighbourhoods set up by the Council to make decisions on issues affecting this area. It consists of four wards, from which the 12 Councillors form the Neighbourhood Committee. There are currently 6 Conservative and 6 Liberal Democrat members on the Committee, although it is chaired by the Lib Dems who have a casting vote.
